The rug is only 20% wool (60% viscose and 20% cotton). The description says it is wool and viscose, which made me think there is more wool. I called a customer service and was told it was mostly wool so I purchased it. The information was incorrect. after I received the rug I emailed customer service to have the item description changed so other customers won't have to go through the same thing, however the email response was that I should return it and ignored the rest of my message. Customer service is responsive but poor. The rug was the color I liked so I gave it 2 stars. I really like Perigold - there are a lot of benefits to shopping here but the inaccurate rug description and subpar customer service were very disappointing. This is not the quality I expect from Perigold
