UPDATE: Arms falling off. Seating uncomfortable.

Disappointed with quality issues for the price. Arm attachments failed despite careful installation. The padding is too firm, and feels pole structure through the cushion. Creasing in leather despite light use. Hope the company can improve arm connections, cushioning durability, and leather grade. With design updates, this chair could match luxury aspirations. Eager to exchange for an improved version when available.

Arms were the most difficult to assemble

Hardware parts were not labeled. Arms were the most difficult to assemble. The chair lift is cheaply made for such an expensive chair. This item is surely overpriced.

There aren’t many pieces when assembling, but make sure when you attach the base to the chair that you remove the purple piece in the center where the chair and base joinOther than that it’s a breeze to assemble

I love this chair! It came a week earlier than the original estimated date and it was fairly easy to assemble once you have a critical missing stepThe instructions do not mention a cap on the hydraulic mechanismI assembled per the instructions but the mechanism that lifts/lowers the height was not workingI disassembled and realized that there was a plastic cap on the mechanismOnce I removed that and reassembled, it worked great! Glad I figured that out or I would have been sending it back to the manufacturer mistakenly! They really should amend the instructions to include that step!! I added a photo of the purple cap here in case this happens to anyone else
