Not as Described

I was very disappointed with this rug. It was not as described. Would love to return but not eligible.

Picture is not accurate

I ordered this rug, so excited to get it and what a disappointment. This rug is not plum or darker colors, it's like light baby blue and silvery... super light color. If you want the pictures rug, don't order this, you will be disappointed.

Pretty colors and soft under foot but the rug is a little thinner than I was expecting. The corners do curl up a little. This may be fixable if I put something heavy on the corners for a while. Haven't tried that yet.

Purple not maroon or red at all

Nice design but it's purple, not red.

Color isn't accurate

The description said light blue viscose rug but the rug was mainly purple, lavender, grey and black with a couple of sections with brown and cream check. I can't use this so gave it to my sister who liked the colors with her decor. Aside from my issues with the color, the quality was acceptable.

Beautiful!

I was nervous initially to buy this rug because it had no reviews but so glad I took the plunge. I love this rug- true to colors shown! Very soft! When the first rug came it smelled musty- customer service was fantastic - picked it up and shipped a new one. The new one smelled like chemicals but after it aired out a week no smell. I do recommend vacuuming a number of times first especially with young kids- picked up 4 canisters of dust/ particles in shark vacuum. I would buy it again! It's in our living room!
