Slow leak, no support from Grohe.

Slow leak. Grohe supports is horrible. Hours to connect, promise to send a part that never arrives. A complete waste of money.

I really like this design. It stays tidy and the water discharge is strong and can be directed to a degree.

Got after trying to replace a leaking cartridge and $500 spent on a plumber etc etc on our old one. So I bought this, it's slightly smaller than the last one we had (hard to find the exact match online), but is great and solved my problem.
