No Flow regulator, no restrictions, wet everywhere

I do not recommend buying this item. Does not have flow regulator at all, water falls everywhere around.I could not even think that it's still the case in nowadays, looks like it came from 1980sThere is no way to fix this terrible water fall, gonna buy normal tub spout made by another brand

Fantastic Product but needs maintenance

We built a new home about 3 years ago and had 4 of these installed with the build. After 3 years, 3 of the 4 shower faucets (that get used daily) have started to get catchy and squeak when we turn them. I pulled the valves/cartridges (cartridge part # 1222) out and lubed them with plumbers silicone. Now they are working much better.

Love the faucet set. Am changing out the showerhead as the water pressure with the "rain" shower head is not enough to get shampoo out of thick hair. But that is an easy fix. And we knew that might have been a possibility when I purchased it.

The handle and shower head were easy to install but We still havent figured out how to remove the old tub faucet (which is on us not the hardware.) It all works well enough my complaint is that it shows every fingerprint and mark, and the metal already looks somewhat tarnished or something. It just is not a clean looking finish and I would not buy again because it wont match any other hardware after use

the only down side was that I had to replace the valve. I had a moen faucet mounted that was being replaced for cosmetic reasons. I thought the old Moen valve would work, but I guess they have been changed in the last 15 years. I like the new faucet but the price tripled adding the new valve with a plumber to install it. Not to mention cutting up the sheetrock to gain access

This was pretty easy to install. Ive never done this swap before and it was pretty straight forward as long as you have the correct valve already. The tub spout is longer than my previous one, so thatll take some getting used to, but I LOVE the shower handle. Its sturdy and beautifully designed. I already hand an updated shower head, but this was still cheaper than buying just the tub spout and shower handle separately. I also went ahead and changed out the shower pipe and plate so everything is brand new.
