Shipping quality

Rug came shipped in half then rolled up which made it unroll with bended portions. I am unable to flatten out the rug and I can see the base through the top. Quality isn't that good.

Poor quality. I wouldn’t buy it if I had seen it first. Just didn’t want the hassle of packing it up and bringing it to the store

Material comes up easily moving furniture on it or by dog paws/stretching, but is a nice pattern and color for the price.

Very, very disappointed in quality

I would have easily given this product a 5; HOWEVER, it has an OBVIOUS flaw a good third of the way down on the rug. While it arrived earlier than expected by ten days, and at a rollback price, the "second" nature of the quality ruins the value of the purchase.

Great runner. Rug is thicker than I thought it would be, cat loves it to lay on! Very satisfied with purchase.

Can see the white backing through black areas

Unfortunate. Looks great from a few feet away but As you get closer it clearly has 4-7 areas where the white underneath/base shows through The black part of the rug. No idea if just this one is defective or each one they ship. Im Passing on getting replacement as its 8 x 10, lot if work to possibly have same issue again.
