Beautiful design, slightly tricky install

The Grohe universal valve rough in that is required by this trim is slightly tricker to install than some, but the finished product is beautiful with the clean, modern design.

easy intuitive controls + quality + moon white is gorgeous

Really beautiful white glassy surface, stays clean (unlike chromium finishes). Very easy to control (water volume control by rotating top button). Love red/blue marking (no second guessing).

I just used this to replace a defective, very expensive, very modern German made controller and valve that my client had selected. After 4 cartridge replacements, a decision was made to go with a more reliable unit. Picked the Grohe based on prior experience and the sleek modern lines of this unit. After fighting with the other manufacturers unit, this was a far more straight forward installation (although we came in from the back side to avoid cutting into a wall of calacatta gold). The prior unit had very slim, sharp lines but the elegance of this unit made the combination look intentional. So far, great pressure, easy use, doing everything we want.
