Super soft and plush feeling for a short pile rug

I bought the beige/cream color way and love it. The color camouflages dirt well and the rug is really easy to vacuum and spot clean. I have it in my bedroom and it feels amazing on my bare feet.

These rugs are nice, and I received the floor pads which made the rugs a bit thicker and softer.

Wayfair sent me the wrong rug and now expects me to pay return shipping fee. I’m very dissatisfied and frustrated. The site also does not allow me to print a return label and I cannot find a number to call. This service is very poor
