Used item - rug with many stains

Great rug…came with gray stains and pink and brown (coffee?) stains, as if a return or used. Really terrible, to resell without viewing first.

cheap run

I guess you pay for what you are getting. My first one arrived with grey marks on it so I returned it. The next one did as well so it just may not show on the picture

good quality looks gorgeous but is pure white!!!

This is a beautiful rug soft and cozy, but I have to agree with the others buyers, at first place I was very happy because the Plastic packaging had 4 holes, I thought they were to touch it and feel the quality. in those areas the spots seemed to be a very light gray like white smoke color but when I opened it completely it is white and you can see the 4 stains on the carpet. It deserves 5 stars for the quality and the price, plus it look gorgeous on my living room.

This is not very “ivory” it is defiant White

Shipping was fast, but outer packaging was ripped and left stains on the rug upon opening. Overall, the rug is nice but I would double check for any flaws before fully opening packaging.
