Several Flaws

For the price I expected better quality. The plastic diffuser over the light strips is made of two pieces and there are large gaps where they meet. This is distracting, ugly and catches your eye in a bad way. I also had an issue where the silver thing on the canopy that holds the wire was loose on one of the three and clearly defective. Glad I was installing myself and didn’t hire someone to do it because I had to ship it back and order a replacement. Build.com customer service was great and handled the exchange promptly.The WIZ components to adjust color/brightness from an app are a nice touch so I’ll give them credit for that.

Transformed my living room

I bought this last month and continue to get praise for it. It changes colors via app, which was super easy to set up. At first I was nervous to use such a large size, but it’s perfect.
