This rug is absolutely beautiful. I think the main listing photo doesn't do it justice; it was only by the third listing photo that I realized how unique this piece really is. There are a lot of rugs out there with patterns similar to this, but this one is unique in its own right with the colors that it has mixed in (white, beige, light grey, dark grey, light blue). The specks of light blue in the pattern give this rug a "freshness" about it that others of this type don't have. The blue is so subtle that it doesn't offset the color scheme, but it actually makes a big difference to the overall feel of the piece. I also appreciate that every square inch of this rug is its own unique pattern; it does not repeat any portions of the pattern, even in the biggest rug size available. It makes this rug feel a lot more "natural," kind of like it was part of a real stone slab or something. As for the rug itself, it is lightweight and relatively thin, but of good quality. It helped when I went over it with a vacuum to "fluff" up the fibers a bit (since it gets flattened in shipping). Even though it was shipped rolled/folded up, it flattened out immediately without much fuss, even in the biggest size (I ordered a 9' x 12').
