Not True White!
The wool in these rugs, while only 1/2" long is plush; and I believe they will last a while. I ordered two sizes for a bedroom: 8x10 and 9x12. The problem is that they are not a true white as described/pictured in the ad (sorry, I tried to upload pictures five times, but the system always errored out???). They are IVORY/CREAM. I need White-White for the room; and I expected a true white when I ordered a "White" rug. I did look at the other pictures in the ad that show cream/ivory. However, I thought those pictures were of a different shade/color that was out-of-stock or something. I did not think that all of the pictures, with the great variation in shade, were of the "White" version of this rug....grrrrr! Additionally, the design, rather than being grey (as pictured), is brown. I need to compare the shade of these rugs to my swatches to see if they will work for my needs or not. Otherwise, I like the simple design.

It is soft and it lays nicely on the floor. One of the edges looks worn-out. It needs to be brushed in one direction to have the same color, very hard to do. Overall, it looks like an old rug, nobody would believe me that is just installed yesterday. I decided to keep it for its softness, but I will not use it in the room that I initially thought it would be. It does not pop. It is an expensive rug for the quality provided.

Very nervous buying an expensive rug such as this one online. Received it well wrapped from the delivery. The rug looks even better than the online pics and is very soft on my feet. Not sure about shedding yet as I haven't had it long. It also has a thick pile and appears to be very high quality. Happy with my purchase!

We've had this Safavieh rug for about a year, and it's in great shape even being in a room we use a lot. It's spot cleaned pretty well. We love the way it looks and would recommended it.

This is a beautiful rug. Piles are tightly knotted and thick. In certain light it has a very light tint of an olive tone. A little darker than the picture. Overall I like this rug. Very handsome.
Great Rug
I was really worried about put white in my living room but I have had this rug for a while and it is great. It feels soft and silky underfoot. It also hold up to my vacuuming schedule ( everyday)

First bought the runner to transition from a mud room to kitchen - it's gorgeous. The colors are the same as online - soft taupe, silver, gray. Love the soft, tight hand knotted pile. Really, really pleased with this rug I went back and ordered the same style/color in a larger size.
