Very satisfied with the Safavieh products. Color nicer than expected. I had to return the first rug delivered - it had a musty smell. Customer service was very efficient and directed me through a return and a replacement. Second rug was perfect. Not as thick as the other wool Safavieh's I've purchased but it worked out well in my dining area.
