First time not completely satisfied with Wayfair. Item not as described. Specification states recline is manual-handle/lever and answer to a question states it has a handle. If there is a handle it is very well hidden!

Nicely made, great upholstery and padding plus the exact color I hoped. I do wish they had supplied some instructions as it wasn't immediately clear how to put things together.

It was very easy to assemble and it's very comfortable. It looks in person like it does in photos. I think the back is a bit too tall, so this is a bit of a downgrade for me when it comes to style. But so far so good and definitely worth the price.

A nice looking chair, nice material. It's a firm chair-that's what I wanted. It's small chair and looks like a regular chair instead of a recliner. It works for me.

Looks nice, does not stay in full recline. Maybe works for a bigger person

Not comfortable when fully reclined. You have to keep pushing backward on the chair in order for it to stay fully reclined. If you relax the backward pressure it pushes you forward into a semi-reclined position.

Great looking chair, however is is not very comfortable way to hard, it also only stay in the first reclining position, hope it improves once the spring loosens up a bit.

Comfy chair. It is small and fits perfect in our space. It is not a chair you can curl up with a book in though, its too small for that.

We ordered this chair for a small home office - it's perfectly undersized for a small space and very comfortable! We got it in Gray. Love this!

I love the look! The chair is a bit stiff but still really comfortable. The only downside for me is that my chair didn't come with instructions, it wasn't hard to put together but it took a bit of time to realize what needed to be done.

So far so good! The color's really nice and the chair itself is comfortable. It didn't come with assembly instructions, which was a bit frustrating, but it was pretty self-explanatory.

I am disappointed with this chair, it is not quite as described, ie, no handle, (which is important to me) and does not do 3 positions. I have kept it as it is too much trouble to return but I will not purchase my sofa from Wayfair for these reasons. And when I do purchase a replacement for this next year it will not be from Wayfair.
