We currently own it for three years and cracks/tears are starting to appear on the sofa. We do not own pets and the sofa is used for light use as we have another sofa that gets heavier use. Overall, a bit disappointed to see the cracks and small tears already. We do like the size of the sofa.

This is far smaller than I had thought it would be. Good quality materials. Firm construction. Good for a small bedroom but certainly too small for a living room.

This loveseat is just what I needed. It is lightweight, but still feels of some substance. It came assembled. . . just pull it out of the box. It looks very nice, and it sits well. I don't think that it is suitable for high-volume use, however. It is relatively small, and I would not have put the weight limits on it. It works well for low-volume traffic areas that need a neat, polished look.

We have a pe of these love seats in our waiting room - look very clean and modern, easy care.

Very comfortable. If you have cats you might have to cover them. Will show claw marks.

Used for reception room furniture. It is small but that is what we needed. Would work great for a small space.
