Bush Customer Service/Missing Hardware
I purchased this desk on April 25 and received shipment on May 1. When I unpacked the box there was no hardware included to put the desk together. I contacted Bush customer service on May 1 and they said that the hardware would be shipped to me and I would be emailed tracking information. As of May 7 I had no hardware and no tracking information. I called again and they said shipping of hardware doesn't occur for 7-10 days after the request is made. That is absolutely ridiculous! They forgot to include the hardware, it should be shipped out immediately. As of May 8 I still have no tracking information.
Ordered 2 of these. Once was perfect - the other had a big gouge in the desk top. Wayfair is shipping a replacement top. Otherwise they are great!

Fast delivery. Super easy to assemble. Took about 30 minutes using nothing but a hammer and a screwdriver. Weighs about 135 pounds.

Great product for the price point. I don't know how well it would last after several moves but once it's in place, it's relatively sturdy for the price.
