Horrible Experience

My recent experience with Church Chairs 4 Less has unfortunately not been a good one. I ordered 100 chairs to be received before a special event and both the processing of the order & the delivery were completely botched. I was told 3 times that the order had shipped and later discovered that it was still sitting in their warehouse. Once the shipping company picked it up they did not schedule a delivery date & time. Instead I called after many calls & discovered that they handed it off to a smaller carrier for delivery. So my chairs were delivered after my special event. I had to rent other chairs & when they randomly dropped off my order 34 chairs were damaged.

Good chairs!

I recently bought 6 church chairs from churchchairs4less and I am very pleased. I’m a big guy and I wanted something with a confirmed weight rating but unfortunately most chairs from big box stores are maxed out at 250lbs or not rated at all. I also wanted something that didn’t look ridiculous. I found a classy set of church style chairs in black that look really nice and are rated at 800 lbs! They are comfortable and look great at our dining room table. Shipping was super quick despite them never being able to be tracked because the shipping company never scanned them in. We ordered them on a Sunday and I think we got them 2 or 3 days later. The packaging could have been a bit better, the legs were all poking through the box and I think a couple got dinged up a bit but not bad. Aside from that I’m happy with my chairs.

Poor communication

We love the chairs but the delivery is a problem. Twice they just showed up without any notification so we didn’t have anyone there to unload chairs. No communication that they were even on the way.
