The chair is nice except for the very cheap little silver ring that goes on towards the bottoms. The silver ring was all broken when I received my chair and it is cheap and ugly.
I looked at MANY chairs and decided the ability to adjust height was important. I also wanted a comfortable chair, as opposed to a stool. These chairs meet my criteria - and actually exceed expectations. Prices vary ... really consider how much time you might appreciate the extra padding!
Beautiful look but subpar quality.
I purchased 3 of these stools less than 1 year ago (back in 2021), and the foot rest has already snapped off. These stools are not living up to the quality I expected, based on the product description and photos. I am extremely dissatisfied with this product considering the price paid for them. They are beautiful to look at, and they add an elegant aesthetic to any room, buy they're not functional for everyday use. The hydraulic broke on one of them, after 6 months, and 3 months later, the foot rest bent and broke. Based on this purchase and our use of the stools, there are some design flaws that need to be addressed and fixed.
The quality of this product is horrible. The foot leverage broke in a year. Two of my bar stools the foot leverage broke on these stools. I purchased these stools at the regular price of 300 or more a piece and these stool was not worth the price. I wouldn't ever purchased another high price items from this company. The quality of is horrible.
Bought 2 on a different website. They were gorgeous. Needed another and this place had the best price. Perfect match.
We like our counter chairs very much, they are beautiful in color (navy blue velvet), comfortable, sturdy, swivel and go up and down. Our grandchildren love sitting on them❗️

Color is lilac, not pink! Still elegant. So easy to assemble. Took about 2 minutes.
For the price, I wasn’t expecting the base to have a plastic piece (which one was broken upon arrival). Still waiting for Houzz to ship this piece to me. For now, the one stool is laying in the middle of floor because I need this “plastic” piece in order to put it together. Frustrating!
One silver ring thing was broken when I opened the box. I ordered 6 stools but one stool is off white instead of white. The quality is really good and they are very comfortable.
