Delivery was great. So convenient to be able to track the order. Delivery men also sent me text to let me know how far away they were. They introduced themselves, set the recliner in place and removed all packaging. A+++ experience. Love the new leather recliner!

Just what I expected. Already had one

After only one week of use the leather on the back is severely dimpling and I guess the cushion foam giving way. VERY NOTICEABLE!! This is happening on the seat towards the back as well. I plan on contacting customer service. Chair is comfortable and the color looks as described. If the size of the chair is important, I will warn you the dimensions on website are inaccurate! This chair is nearly 10” deeper than specified on website. Very disappointed that the chair is already showing signs of breaking down after only 1 week use, and especially given the manufacturer name brand and the price!
