Only some of the lights turn on
Looks nice. Decent value. But something is wrong with the thing. Sometimes only a few (about 3 of 9) lights light up. After a few seconds (10 seconds?), then some of them will start coming on. It’s random and it varies. We are using LED bulbs that are 8watts each so it shouldn’t be a load issue.
