When opened it didn't work the hands were off the spendel I put them back it works fine looks good

Cheap. The frame and the "gears" are metal, but the black part is "plastic" that feels like cardboard, and the black paint is chipped in several places and completely broken in a couple places. Now I get to waste my time (and tape) boxing this junk up and shipping it back just so I can get my money back. Even if it wasn't damaged, it's very low quality. This isn't the lowest cost clock of this style. I expected it to be higher quality. I can't imagine how low quality the much less expensive clocks are. I absolutely would not recommend buying this. Gamble on a less expensive option, or spend a little more and buy local where you can see exactly what you're getting before you purchase. Me personally... I won't be buying anything on overstock.com again.
