Great product, easy install!

Easy to install, had to replace the original one as it cracked. It’s slightly different in style but serves its purpose. It’s been a few weeks, so far so good

Doesn’t adjust at ball joint.

I’ve ordered two of these now. Neither flexes at the ball joint as it says it does in the spec sheet and within the build.com Q&A. If you need an adjustable shower head, these Hansgrohe products are not the solution.

This works perfectly with my Hansgrohe handheld shower sprayer. The arm on that handheld is bigger so the standard holder I tried at Home Depot was too small. This is the one that works.

Make sure you thread hose without cross threading. Its plastic and I accidently started to cross thread and cut new threads, was able to save it and installed without leaks. Make sure to TAPE it at the wall pipe. I did not at first and leaked. Put the plumbing tape on clockwise. The chrome parts are not metal and have flex. I know I will later have to replace.

The end of the hose fits easily in and out of the holder, and keeps it in place while showering. Additionally, it offers more range of motion than my previous holder allowing me to direct the shower down more for when I am shaving and do not want the direct spray on me. I am really pleased with this holder.
