Can review a product I don’t have

I set out looking for the perfect area rug for my outdoor oasis, unfortunately I never received my product after spending almost $150. Was told to dispute it through my bank. This is sad.

I love this rug! It lays flat and the blue color is perfect! It's a side porch rug and goes well with the owl table I purchased with this. No strings falling out it just looks show room quality! Had it for a few weeks no smell after raining and dries fast! Great purchase and coupons apply! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again!

Love this rug.

I ordered this rug for my back porch which gets a lot of rain, etc. The rug have been wonderful. Not only is it pretty, but has stood up very well to the outdoor elements. I am now using it in my home office for the winter. I also plan to buy this rug in a larger size for my family room where my five dogs tend to hang out. I love that I can take it outside and hose it off. I LOVE Safavieh rugs and have many of them.

Attractive and durable rug that goes well with the dark flooring and furniture in our sunroom. I've received so many compliments on this rug already. I have two small kids and this rug is durable enough to withstand all their activities. I've already easily cleaned up a few of their messes and the rug still looks brand new. I love the texture of the rug, too. I think we will enjoy this rug for years to come.

Whoever packaged this totally screwed the packaging up. The end of the rug wasn’t even wrapped in the plastic, leading to it getting scuffed, dirty, and damaged in shipping. Then they stuck a packing label on the untaped end, so there’s sticky residue and pieces of the label stuck on there permanently. Unfortunately, since this is sold by Wayfair on Walmart’s website, customer service has been atrocious. I attempted to return this damaged product but still have not recieved a response to my request. AVOID
