A bit disappointing, especially for the price
A bit disappointing, especially for the price. Some of the bulb bases are crooked so the light bulbs are tilted when installed. The wires are much thinner than household wiring so they do not twist together with the household wiring easily. Installation is pretty challenging fishing the wires up through the stems while trying to hold the fixture during installation. For this price, I expected a higher quality product. Shipping was very quick

This chandelier is gorgeous and very high quality.

The product looks great, but was missing a downrod. I called up customer service and spoke with a fabulous customer service rep named Leniqah and she assisted me. Cannot wait to get the rods so the chandelier can look its best. I would say Lamps Plus has amazing customer service reps even at the stores.
