Poor quality
Arm rests broke after only one day. Tilt function doesn't work properly. Neither HD or manufacturer will replace - such a headache to bring the whole chair back to a store for a return. Waste of time and money
Not good
Most uncomfortable chair I've ever sat in. Might be better if you're taller than 5'6" and don't have back problems. Too bad because I really liked the flip-up arms.

Great office chair. It has been in use for 4 years and still going strong!
Nice chair but............
I like this chair but I have mixed feeling about it. I love that you can push the arms up so they're not in the way. I don't like that the base of the chair gets scuffed and scraped so easily. White is not the best choice for the base as you will be cleaning it all the time. The chair is fairly comfortable but it seems a little unstable. I hope it lasts. I was going to return it but it's just too much trouble.

Way better than my previous chair. Twice the weight, so it’s sturdy. It is comfortable for a heavier guy and looks the part. Would buy again if need be
