High quality and fast shipping. My only problem is the chair is not tall enough for me. I am 5'11" and when I set down it feels like I am setting in the floor. This leads to problems getting out of the chair with my old knees.

I looked at measurements for multiple recliners because I am tall. This recliner had the best seat to back measurements of any I saw and it was too small. When I called to return the item the customer service person said I should have know it was too small by the measurements and I had to pay a $179 shipping charge to return and was a little rude about it when I objected. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again

Love the recliners! Easy to assemble and the leather is wonderful. The sitting angle could be more upright but certainly livable. Then,compare the cost versus product and you have the perfect chair!!
