It’s just center covered cardboard
My son snapped the door right off reveal what we believed to be solid wood is actually just $400 worth of cardboard. Absolutely trash. Do not buy.
Disappointed
Very disappointed in this item, not at all wood like you are lead to believe. The assembly instructions are vague. I am very tired of false advertising, just to sell a product. If I wanted manufactured wood, I definitely would not have paid this much.
Beautiful Bar Furniture
Real wood, good instructions and easy to assemble, take your time to unpack and put together patiently. It looks awesome and highend. And cost less than other stores.
I love this buffet. I needed extra storage and this was it. Plus I get to decorate the top for all the holidays.

Real wood
This is a solid wood, real piece of furniture. Just be sure not to put the back on backwards, like my hubby did. Really look at the pieces because the instructions are ridiculous. But love the piece!
The Color is Totally Different than Pictured
We have been looking for quite some time for a piece that had all of the form and function this one offers in the color shown. The item shipped quickly and arrived today. As soon as my husband pulled out one of the doors, we immediately knew a return would be our next step. It's hard to describe the color/finish this piece actually is--orange/yellow with a high sheen and LOTS of knots and movement throughout the wood, particularly on the front panels. Our search continues.

The construction is solid wood, but still looks a bit cheesy. I guess one would have to spend thousands to get an actual nice piece of furniture nowadays. The instructions are good, but the wooden dowels are undersized so if you don't use a lot of wood glue they are useless. Not a bad product, but don't expect it to compare to anything in you grandmother's house.
Not worth buying
Instructions not easy to follow-pieces should be marked with a sticker. Put it together multiple times to get it correct
