I bought the SAGE and its amazing so soft Made in Indonesia. Perfect got 2 king shams and one standard. Gorgeous and well made Also got the bed spread.. I am so pleased and the sale pricing was amazing and fast ship like 3 days. Merry Christmas to me.. LOVE IT

bedspread and shams

This is the worst item I’ve bought in years. I washed it a total of five times and I still have this blue stuff all over my home because it keeps shedding. When I went to wash and dry it it almost ruined my dryer. I had to empty the lint trap out every two minutes. I would just like to have a refund for the return of this item!

I bought the matching coverlet about a month before buying the shams. I thought the shams were included and after a month of living with just the coverlet, I realized the shams were needed. They look and feel just as nice as the coverlet and I’m still pleased with the quality.

Wrong color and has a large hole in it.

I purchased a bedspread and after washing it and drying it, I discovered a fairly large hole in the center of the bedspread. Of course, it's too late to exchange it since it has been laundered prior to being placed on the bed. Not pleased with the quality. It was supposed to be a blue bedspread and it was gray instead. Overall, I will not be shopping for bedspreads again from J C Pennys.....

[Rewarded Review] Sheds terribly!

I washed and dried according to directions and my dryer was stuffed with lint. I ran it through the dryer a couple more times and the same thing. Plus, I cannot place or sit on the bedspread with dark clothing as the lint comes off on them. I would return it, but I already threw the paperwork away. I would not recommend this product.

[Rewarded Review] Beautiful bedspread with one caveat.

I do love this bedspread. The teal color and size were exactly what I wanted. It was very easy to pick it up from the store after ordering it online. It lost a star because when I took if out of the package it had an unpleasent oder so I washed it right away.I followed washing instructions, washing it alone, warm water (I have a colorfast setting). The washing instructions warned that there might be some shedding but I was not prepared for the amount it actually did shed. The washing maching tub was full of teal fluff and I could pick off clumps of the fluff from the wet bedspread. I put in the dryer and stood by so I could empty the lint catcher which I had to do three times. I could have stuffed a gallon zip lock bag full with what I took out of the lint trap. BUT it washed and dried really nice. It did not lose any color and it did not shrink. I think the manufacturer needs to prewash these bedspreads.

Horrible purchase. The chemical smell and the amount of 'fluff' coming out after each wash and dryer session is disappointing. It took 5washes and hanging outside to get rid of the smell. By the fifth wash o was till getting large amounts of material coming off. If you need to use right away, in my case I wanted it for my guests, this is not an option.

Love the retro look and made nicely

I really love having this like our grandparents had! So retro. Drawback is theirs was soft on the back side for snuggling and this one is rough and lumpy. It should have been finished better or had a liner. My daughter had marks all over her face/arms from back side after folding it down like you do naturally. Otherwise great quality.

The excess lint is real

While I really appreciate the way the blanket looks and feels, I agree with reviews I read before I bought the item. The lint that it sheds is too much. It will shed so much it fills the lint trap overfull. It is not healthy to breathe lint and having a blanket on my bed that she's this much that it settles all around the area can't be good for my lungs.

This bedspread is horrible. I bought and washed it before using-it unraveled and shed several big handfuls of material. I thought maybe it was just new and would be better once it was washed. 2 weeks later I washed it again and it has a big rip in it; I had to throw it out. This is my first experience with Wayfair and it may be my last.

Disappointed that the picture shows pillow shams, which are not included with the coverlet. More disappointed it does not come in the color I ordered. Natural is not an option for the shams.

Love the coverlet! The length is great. My bed has a movable base and it’s a Tempurpedic. My bed is also on risers, so it’s pretty tall. The coverlet looks great, in spite of the bed being unusually high. Its actually still hits the floor, at the foot of the bed. I saw other reviews which stated the coverlet sheds badly, but I didn’t have the same experience.

I was so excited to get this. Until, I washed it. It fell apart. Everytime I washed it there were more holes in it. Had to give it to the dogs.

Beautiful bedspread!

Gorgeous purple bedspread! Usually Kings fit my bed the way I like it and Queens are too small, but this spread is generously King sized. I have to return it for a smaller one!

This has been a very beautiful spread. The fabric is cotton, for me, the reason it won't slip off the bed, with movements. I use it as a coverlette, in summer it has been so hot but with the air on I need just a little something.. looks so much like fur, when its on , i didn't order the shams , this was best sale ever. Thanks reminded me of my wedding bedspread .

Not really yellow, more beige color

Hey , I received the Bedspread but it didn't receive the pillow shams with it and it showed on the picture 3 pieces and I only received the spread..
