Broken and Missing Pieces

Terrible experience with this cabinet. We received it in the mail (late), and part A was broken. Contacted support; they couldn't replace only one part, so they sent me a whole new cabinet and I was supposed to return the old one to them. This 2nd cabinet ALSO had a broken part A. I returned that, huge hassle considered it needs to be lifted by two people and brought to a UPS store. I start putting together the original cabinet (with the still-broken part A because I was so fed up), and it's missing piece G. So frustrating. I call support and they say they will credit be the cost of the missing piece G so the manufacturer can mail me just that piece. This whole process has taken over a month and I am so frustrated! I wouldn't recommend this cabinet to anyone. If I could go back in time and not order it, I would have. Terrible experience with Overstock. Less

Overstock Poor Service - defective merch

There was a broken part. Part H was really Part I so it had to be installed backwards. When i asked for replacement part I was told I had to RETURN THE CHEST Try fitting it in a BOX and bringing it to UPS?! Not happening...VERY disappointed!
