Great color and comfort
Love the ash gray color. It’s the perfect neutral. Overall I love the couch. The legs seem to be different lengths and therefore lift one side up if you have them all in. Currently we took the middle 5th leg of so the couch didn’t wobble. I think this couch is only worth it if it’s on sale- which is how I purchased it 50% off so wait for a sale!

Been looking around of a decent sized sectional for my new apartment & happily found this. Easy assembly & comfy for 1-2 people.

It's a couch. A small lumpy couch but at the very least it's something to sit on. You can't really curl up on it since there's no leg room as it's not very deep at all and you can't exactly lay your head back without an extra pillow or something (at least if you're not short - 6' tall here which tbh isn't very tall at all anymore since that's becoming the new average between my generation and grown up zoomers). If you aren't at home a lot this would be fine but idk if that really applies anymore... maybe look elsewhere unless you're a little old lady or something. TLDR: I thought Serta would've known how to make a comfy couch since they make mattresses but this is worse than a lot of the ugly overly square antihuman mcm couches that should've stayed in the 60s and 70s where they belong. Whatever happened to big deep comfy couches like virtually every couch from the 80s and 90s??

The cushions are very uncomfortable and the fabric shifts and gets all out of wack. Huge waste of money! Glad I was able to return!

You get what you pay for. The cushions lose their oomf pretty quickly. And the material isn’t super comfortable. But with furniture delay times, it is fine for a couch that was available immediately.
