This rug isn’t particularly pretty in person. I had to send it back.

Excellent quality and color

I am really happy with my purchase of Ziva ZX-05 sky rug. It is soft, comfortable and thick. The pattern is as described. This is my second Loloi rug and the first still looks as good as new 2 years later.

Terrible Return Policy

The rug is decent, a bit tough and not soft on the feet. However, the sizing did not look good in the room we ordered for and when I called to return this item I was surprised to find out it is quite costly. Beware that the shipping cost for returns is on the customer through Fedex so you would have to pay $250+ for returning this (I bought the 7'9 size). I have ordered from other places and they always send a prepaid label especially when you are buying a large and expensive item. The rep told me it was their policy. Also the price drop in the rug for sale was right after I placed my order and they also do not do any price adjustments as per "policy."

In Absolute LOVE!!

Let me start by saying, I am incredibly picky and hard to please, I know this, it’s fine. That said, this rug is literally PERFECT!! I went with the 11’6”x15’ and every time I walk into my living room I exclaim, “I love that rug!” It’s such high quality, so soft under foot, and feels incredibly high-end. The color and pattern and so subtle too that it feels like a neutral but with a little more interest. Our whole house is very soft and coastal and this rug fits perfectly!

Did not match website color

I wanted to love this rug but unfortunately the color did not come close to how it appears online. It is beige and brown rather than white and cream. On top of that, Rugs Direct charged me $236 to return the rug—nearly 30% what I paid for the rug in the first place. I could understand that had I simply charged my mind, but I received a rug entirely different from the one I ordered. This was my first and last experience with Rugs Direct.
