I purchased three different lantern pendant styles before this one and these are gorgeous! They are the perfect soft gold to go with classic unlaquered brass hardware and the size is grand but not overwhelming. I love these and get compliments on them all of the time!

Great buy. Pendants look very elegant but not overbearing at the island. Great quality for the price.
Great Pendant Light
It is a beautiful fixture, it is hanging in our foyer. The mixed metals go well with brass or polished silver handles and knobs. It is very light so it is easy to hang.
Decent Fixture, but Tarnished
I ordered this in the modern gold color, which is a fairly nice gold, not too brassy. Unfortunately, there were dark tarnish marks on it, which doesn't bode well for it's longevity. I have attached several photos, which will give you a good idea of the color. Although nobody would most likely notice the tarnished areas, my fear is that the condition will keep worsening and the whole thing will wind up tarnished. I do like the thinkness of the metal bars as opposed to other lanterns I've seen with thinner bars.
These gold pendants are beautiful. They are well made and a lovely gold color. Unfortunately I did not estimate how much room 16 inch pendants would take above my island where the electrical outlets had been installed. I had to return them as they were too large for the space.
Kitchen lighting update
We bought two of these for over our kitchen counter in an area with a very high ceiling. They look amazing. Everyone who walks in comments how great they look. They provide much more light than the previous track lighting.
The pendant lights have the potential to be incredibly beautiful but sections of the paint on both of the two lights we ordered came very splattered/discolored/damaged. The candle lights were also crooked. The vendor is sending replacements so fingers crossed they will be better quality.

I would highly recommend this pendant lamp. It has a very classy, timeless look and goes great in my newly remodeled kitchen. It is also very easy to install.
