It took a long time from order to delivery, over a month, but I am happy with the product.

These track heads are fine... when they work. I bought 24 of these, and I returned 13 because they didn't work at all or flickered on and off. I tried different bulbs and different places on the track, so I'm reasonably sure the issue was this product. I ended up buying more to replace the ones that I returned, but several of those don't work either so I'll be returning those too. Maybe these don't handle shipping well or maybe they are poorly made, whatever the issue, I hope the home depot and/or WAC actually investigate that box of 13 that I returned and solve the issue for future buyers.

The right fixture but the electrical contacts are too short to make contact. These track heads don't work on my track. I returned them.

I really like the look of these, kind of industrial simplicity.Works great in my room and the light quality is perfect.Only 4 stars because the instructions regarding polarity are confusing and not up to date with the actual fixture. No mention of arrows in instructions. Polarity is important and talk of angled edges make it more difficult/stressful than it should be. Just make it really obvious.
