Product is fine, support is abysmal.
I ordered this light, paying over $5k for it for a client of mine. The light came missing a part. I filed a ticket for the missing part, ten days later, I still have not heard back on a resolution. Tried using the “live chat” option, which is not actually “live” at all - fully automated. Also, it doesn’t work at all. Won’t let me type in the order number so I get to a standstill. Don’t even bother trying to call customer service, because there is NO WAY to get a person on the phone. They refer you to place an online ticket or use the defunct online chat.
Beautiful Piece for a Large Area
The light is beautiful in person, well packed, and color coded for easier installation. We had it professionally installed due to 2 story ceilings. It took approx. 4 hours to put together because there are 100+ rods, 70+ bursts, and 30+ crystal balls. The color coding on the rods and fixture makes it straightforward._x000D_
