Not For Me
Unfortunately I had to return the Aurora rug because it just simply did not look good in my room. The ivory color was more white than creamy. The rug was extremely thin, as I was expecting from past reviews, and was not soft. I really wanted to like it, but knew if I had kept it that I would be regretting it every time I walked into the room. I started the return process on a Friday night, but did not receive the Fed Ex label until Monday morning. The rug I purchased was a 6x9, and fit the criteria outlined in the return process for a return at a Walgreen’s store. However, when I arrived at the store, the clerk told me it was slightly longer than 4 store floor tiles in length and would have to return it at a Fed Ex office, not a Fed Ex Drop off site. This was a bit of an inconvenience and I wish that the Rugs.com website had just said that so that I wouldn’t have wasted my time traveling to 2 different locations. The website instructions only said that if the rug was 7’10” or longer, or more than 96” in length that it would need to be returned at an official Fed Ex store. Less
great colors and pattern
This rug would have gotten 5 stars but its cut crooked and so it doesn't look great. I tried to get it line up but when I get one side straight the adjacent end is crooked. The pattern is great and color is nice.

Good but...
Rug is different shades of gray and white and arrived quickly. There is no cream or beige, as may be seen in photos. My only complaint is my rug had a very sticky, hard to remove sticker wrapped around one side. It was only a couple inches wide, but it left a very sticky residue on the front, side and back of the rug. I managed to get the sticker off (in several small pieces - no easy feat) and clean the residue off; but it never should have been on there in the first place, hence only 4 stars.
