These shelves were nicely packaged, and easy to assemble. The metal wall mounts are of a good quality. The shelves themselves are nice, but not real wood. They are wrapped in a wood looking veneer. However, they do look nice and are well made. I bought three of these shelves and hung them in my kitchen, side-by-side.
