I do business with three large order houses and without a doubt Wayfair is the easiest to work with. Seldom do I have issues, but when I do they are on top of the problem fast. Their personnel speak clearly and are easy to understand. Often times you are given choices on how you desire resolution. This was a perfect solid core door that was exactly as described. And, you should be aware, that it was very well packed and shipped. I worried that the door would get damaged during shipment, but it was very well preserved and packed. Outstanding job! This is the second door that I purchased, love it and the quality is excellent!

Items were good quality However, some were damaged by FedEx while shipping.

I thought they would be solid pine, but they are laminated strips covered with veneer. In one spot the veneer chipped off. Some panels were shaped imperfectly. Instructions say not to trim off more than 3/32" from any side; I took 1/4"off the hinge side of each door. It was no problem! In general I'm very pleased with the doors.
