Seat and seat back has stains on them. Missing some screws/washer and had to purchase longer screws to allow them to tighten. Assembly was very frustrating. Once put together, chairs did look nice. Customer service has been willing to make it right.

Beautiful chair, heavy legs, great finish, they are comfy and solid and look great. The only issue is the screws. We ended up buying all new ones as the ones they sent weren't gripping and holding well.
Looks great but the holes didn't line up on one of my chairs and couldn't assemble it and replacement took 3 weeks
