It took forever to get it! The date kept changing. Did not like rug
This rug sheds really bad. It fills my vacuum and covers the bottom of my socks. I thought it would just be when the rug was new, but months later, it still does it.
Not the right color. Sent me a new one and now want to charge me. But no correspondence to try to find out where to send the new one back.. awful company. Awful customer service
The rug is beautiful and soft for a sisal, the color is not charcoal as described but brown, also sheds a lot.I have been vacuum for a week now and every day there is considerable shedding, Im hoping it will subside but only time will tell.
After much deliberation/‘shopping’ I purchased WF’s “Prestine Handwoven Jute/Cotton CHARCOAL area rug…an 8x10, & over $700.What just arrived 2 hours ago is a BROWN rug. How very disappointing … see attached pics; taken in natural daylight /NO colour editing. Quite obviously, this rug is NOT ‘charcoal’ - I am furious!
I ordered the Charcoal color but it is definitely a chocolate brown. The weave is very soft but has already snagged from putting furniture on it and vacuuming. I don't think it will hold up to wear and tear very long.
The only reason I gave it a 4 star vs 5 is the color is more beige than depicted on the website. I love the "texture" of the rug. Almost looks like it was knitted. If it wasn't so much work to return a rug I probably would have just because the color is more beige with a yellowish tone than what I thought it would be. I have a lot of white and maybe that is why it looks more beige to me.
