Love this bed!

Nice sturdy bed. Took my husband and I around 2.5 hours to put together. My daughter absolutely LOVES this bed! She's having so much fun play in the clubhouse area below. We got LED lights for underneath the bed.

[Rewarded Review] Looks great, well constructed

Very sturdy and relatively easy to assemble, thanks to the proper tolerances. All of the pieces were present and the hardware is good quality. No composite materials, all solid wood. The only thing I am not thrilled about is that the drawer is not on tracks and can be accessed from within the “fort” area but I have not seen any other models that offer this option.

This bed is awesome!

I bought this for my 7 yr old. He is so happy with it!! The fort/club house under bed is cool & roomy enough for a couple kids. I love the shelf that connects, it's like a night stand for him & I love how safe I feel he is climbing in & out of bed. Even my 11yr old was wishing he had this bed lol

Worth every penny. It was fairly easy to assemble. I did it alone, which isn’t recommended. That made it a little more difficult; but with two sets of hands, you could easily assemble in a few hours. Quality materials & the functionality is great. My seven year old is obsessed with his room.

My Son Loves It

Absolutely one of the coolest beds I could have picked for my son, unfortunately the finish of the wood allows for easy stains. Although it's easy to wipe off, anything oil based will cause discoloration that I still have yet to figure out how to remove.

Got my son's bed broken or missing pieces still waiting for my money to be returned to me since I had to spend more money to make said pieces that were missing never will I buy a bed frame from you guys again make it right and give me my 548$ back

Love it

The quality is by far one of the better ones my wife and I have come across. I will DEFINITELY be getting another style for our other child when it comes down to it. It took myself 3/3.5hrs to build it, it took so long because our daughter wanted to be proactive and “help” so needless to say took longer then I expected. The furniture is nice an sturdy and honestly we couldn’t be happier.

It came with broken pcs,

It came with broken pcs, and molds on some of the parts. Paint was very thine you could notice the wood grains. I have tried contacting them for the parts replacement but has not recieved any confirmation

The box was damaged wished it was handled a little better. But nothing is broke

Horrendous Customer Service When You Need it Most

The bed arrived with an incorrect panel that prohibited us from putting the bed together and now my child's room is ripped apart waiting for the new panel. I have made NUMEROUS attempts to get a hold of someone at Max and Lily to expedite this and have heard nothing back outside of their worthless automated email replies. There is ZERO urgency with them to do right by their customers. Beyond irritated.

It took 4 hours to assemble, but it was well worth the good quality, sturdy bed! Using a power drill saved time and energy! Would have been nice if the hardware was better labeled. But, Overall the bed is perfect for my 4 year old. He loves his new bed!

Pray your bed doesn't arrive damaged

The bed is beautiful but the customer service is horrible. Our bed arrived damaged. We can't assemble it until we really ve our new part. It's been over 10 days since we have requested a replacement part and its radio silence.

Good solid construction but read dimensions

Solid construction. Good for kids with the play area underneath. Read the dimensions carefully. Especially the height of the area underneath. It is lower than we had anticipated. Super cute for kids.

Great bed for kids

Well built, sturdy, and the kids love it. Took me about 4 hours to assemble, and the instructions were fairly clear.

This bed is actually very good quality! I was very surprised because it’s inexpensive. My little man got it from Santa this year for Christmas and he is ecstatic! It’s a bit lower than I expected so check the dimensions but still happy as can be with this purchase.
