The very first time we used it one of the support beams broke! Now we can no longer use it. I am very disappointed in the poor quality.

I had a bid of difficulties setting it up because the instructions are not very clear. In fact one sides did not conform to the rest and you can see the metal frame, but overall I’m pleased with the look and size. It’s just what I needed

Terrible quality

I will be returning this item. The quality of construction is absolutely terrible. We own other pop-up tents and know how to use them. We needed a larger size and purchased this. We assembled it according to the instructions. It was falling down with no wind or rain on level ground. The cover had a few small holes in it right out of the package. We actually opted not to use it because we felt it was dangerous to anyone who might sit under it. For the price, I'm shocked at the poor quality of this item.

Pop Up Canopy

I'm giving this 2 stars because it does give us shade and is bigger (13' x 13') than the regular sized ones (10' x 10'). However, this is not very sturdy and the canopy is very thin. It comes with 6 poles, 3 attach to each other to make 2 long poles, to put on the inside of the frame to make it more sturdy. It does not. The poles go across the inside to form an " ". My family is tall and they cannot move under the canopy without hitting their face and the poles fall off. Also, this is not easy to put up or take down by any means even if you are using 4 people. The instructions for the poles were not helpful. Very few words and the pictures weren't detailed enough to know where to place them. We're going to keep it because we lost our other one in the storm and need shade now, but I would not purchase this brand again. It needs to be made more user friendly and made with better materials.

Unimpressed

This item is not worth the money. I purchased it to cover 16 athletes at the sports field. Taking it out of the vehicle for the first time, the strap on the carry case ripped. When we popped the canopy, it was missing a screw and nut in one location and one of the pressure springs that allows you to adjust the height of the legs is completely gone. After we jerry rigged the tent and were able to open it, the tent collapsed in on itself due to pressure from a light wind. Although the coverage area was fantastic, the actual construction of this item is poor. I just assumed this tent came with wheels on the case. It does not. That makes it tough to move around. I'm returning it immediately.

Too much money

The canvas is too tight, which makes the poles bend! It's not very strong either.
