This is one solidly made piece of furniture! It took spouse all day (8hrs) to put it together but he put the legs on backwards and had to redo them and he did it alone except for help with the bottom shelf and lifting it back upright, bc it is very heavy when finished. He said the instructions were a little confusing but not too difficult. As it was his order, he said it was totally worth the 8hrs bc this table is absolutely what he wanted and he really likes it and if it had been already put together when he got it it would not have fit through the doors to our kitchen. The top piece of solid wood is very heavy and beautiful. The drawers are quiet, pull in/out smooth like butter and are quite spacious. He really loves it and he shopped around for two years looking for what he needed. This table fits his needs and after all that shopping (ie seeing the prices of such items) he said he was surprised to find this at such a reasonable price. It is very nice and exactly what he was looking for. It adds to both the function and decor of our kitchen space. My only complaint is the top was sealed with a PU stain to protect it, it's not a thick coating and it is necessary that it be easy to clean but I would have paid extra for a nontoxic coating for food prep. Spouse said it will be fine bc he plans to use a cutting board beneath all food prep anyway. We are happy with the purchase and price, shipping was fast.

Home Work Center Island Table

From the minute I saw the Home Work Center Island Table I knew I finally found the perfect island table I was looking for my kitchen space. I read all the reviews and checked the dimensions and ordered it. It came quickly with great instructions. I was able to assemble it with no problems in about three hours. I love the look of this piece which matches perfectly with my kitchen. It looks so upscale in my new house and blends seemlessly into my kitchen.

A-mazing! Quality is on point! Directions were easy to follow! Did it by myself but would have been a touch easier with a sidekick. Love it!

Kitchen Island

I like the size of the island and the size of the drawers. However,, I had to put something under a very large bowl that holds potatoes and two large glass canisters, otherwise they would slide off the bottom shelf when moving the island around.

Luv this! Took about 2 hours to put it together but very happy with the results-directions were slightly hard to see due to small images but overall a great product.

This is a great piece, very solid and functional. It doesn't really lock - the wheel lockers don't stay in place. Besides that - I'm satisfied.

Disappointed

I usually shop on Amazon, but I took the chance as I really liked this table. I spent 450 on my order. I ordered the leveling feet, but haven’t received them. I’m very disappointed as I am almost done with the table, but I can’t have the table middle of the kitchen laying upside down till I get the rest of my order.

Not great

Got to the step 7. The front bottom crossbar doesn’t fit. This makes no sense at all. I tried to call, but no luck. It’s middle of my kitchen and I can’t wait days before someone explain to me how to install it. So frustrated. Wish there was a video.

I give it a 5, the set up kinda sucked haha, but worth it. The island is heavy duty, and I like that I could use it either in the kitchen or take it to the garage if I decide to ever get another island.
