The rugs (matching set) are exactly as described. They were well packaged for shipment and arrived in excellent condition. The rugs flattened out within 24 hours and are beautiful. I'm using the rugs in my kitchen / dinette area; they are holding up fine with chairs and vacuuming.

Rug color, quality & plushness exceeded my expectations. The colours in this contemporary rug are vibrant/rich earth tones of shades of olive green, brown, camel, & rust etc. This rug finished off our living room in style! I've had the rug for a couple of weeks now & there has been minimal "shedding" from the wool fibers. Lastly, customer service was EXCELLENT in that they went the extra mile to insure our rug was delivered in great condition, as in our case the rug traveled 2,500 miles.

Beautiful Rug
I received the rug yesterday and it is everything I hoped it would be. The colors are perfect for my room and true to the picture. The only problem is that the plastic wrapping was torn away on both ends and the rug was dirty where it was exposed. It almost looks like black grease - probably from the delivery truck. I am hoping it will clean up because I really love this rug.
