Limited uses but works great

I bought this relatively small lighted mirror for its 30x magnification. I use it for things like tweezing eyebrows and stray hairs, etc. The housing is plastic, so it's light in weight. The charging cord fits standard sockets, which works well when you don't want an electric cord hanging about near water, sinks, etc. The charge lasts a decent amount of time. The light is plenty bright, and the dimmer symbol on the upper part of the glass works just fine.This wouldn't work as a general makeup mirror because it only has the one 30x magnifying side. There is no swivel to a standard mirror. It has a suction cup base, but I haven't used it, because I push it back against the counter wall to save space and pull it forward when I use it. It's not realistically a general-use makeup mirror, but it's great for special magnification use. Less

Awesome mirror!

I’m so glad my friend told me about this mirror. I am in my mid-50s and it’s exactly what I was looking for… magnifier on one side and to be able to flip over for normal view. Score!

this may not be "the" mirror for me

i am trying to like this mirror -- i cannot control the lighting that i want...it goes light to dark not bright to daylight. i am thinking of returning it which is too bad since it is a beautiful mirror.

I was not happy with

I was not happy with the mirror. I tried to contact the customer service 3 times, 2 phone calls and 1 text, and no one ever got back to me. I could not figure out how to return and reorder. Therefore, I returned the mirror for credit. Definitely need to improve your customer service.

This is my second mirror like this I left my old one in a hotel room :( I purchased a smaller one that was 10x mag and all I did was think about this mirror. It is large, 12x and bright. I love it.

Distorted view.

I have been trying to reach customer support to no avail. I have purchased 5 previous mirrors from Zadro and been completely satisfied. This one however is not living up to my expectations. The view is completely distorted at the curvature of the mirror causing a two inch loss in viewing vantage. The lighting on the mirror is poor. I have to get within 6 inches of the mirror to see anything on my face. Very disappointed in this purchase after spending $127.
