Great product - customer service could be better

I wish that I could give 4.5 stars. First, the chairs are hard, but comfortable. The welded frames are solidly constructed. In my case, most of my chairs had a production issue which will be easily remedied. Overall we are happy with our purchase. The chairs themselves are 5 stars. My only reservation is the customer care provided by the manufacturer. Initially, my concern was not taken seriously. After escalating my issue within the company, the ultimate resolution was appropriate. The manufacturer is addressing the production flaw, so I doubt that anyone else will face my same problem. Again, it was a production error, not a design flaw. My only warning is in the unlikely event of a problem, it may require excessive effort to rectify the situation.

Love , use for my grandchildren and they can’t tip them …we do crafts and other games snd projects snd you know how children move around a lot these chairs I don’t worry about them tipping or falling over… love them’
