How can I initiate a return request through Joss & Main?

Returns must be initiated online through the Joss & Main website. Log into your account, select the item you want to return under My Orders, and follow the instructions to print a shipping label and drop off the package at a FedEx location. You'll be responsible for shipping and delivery fees unless returning a damaged product.

How long until Joss & Main refunds my item?

The refund process may take up to five business days after Joss & Main receives your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, except for PayPal purchases where the refund timing to your account cannot be guaranteed.
