Wayfair sent us the wrong colour. Quality felt good, but we hated the pink colour of the runner we received (ordered grey)

Musty and Moldy

We liked the size (5x8) and color of the rug. However, when we unwrapped it, it smelled musty and moldy. REALLY bad. Like it had been in a damp warehouse. We went online to try to figure out how to get rid of the smell. We put the rug down, used a dehumidifier and two fans for 2 weeks. We used baking soda and then vacuumed a day later hoping that the baking soda would absorb the smell, like people suggested online. It's been two weeks, and we just cannot take the smell anymore. And I know it's very unhealthy. I called yesterday to make sure that Macy's would send someone to pick it up. It's not a normal return. I was not going to roll it up and bring it to a UPS store. The customer service rep was great. They are sending me a sleeve to put the rug in and will arrange for pick up of the rug. I'm disappointed and am afraid to re-order the rug for fear that the next one will be just as bad. Less

Pretty Rug!

This wool rug is beautiful and of very high quality materials! It looks great in our smallish guest bedroom and it is exactly as it is described.

Great rug

Bone color has a taupe cast.

This rug is a 4.5 right now. It is soft, and pretty. I bought the Bone color and it goes well with my RL bedding, and is a good neutral. The bone color has a slight taupe cast. I would give it 5 stars but not sure how well it will wear. Looks fabulous right now.

A hesitant 4-stars as I've only had it one day - we'll see how it holds up over time. Bone color definitely has some pink in it, but the overall effect is not pink (unlike pewter, based on the reviews). Looks a nice neutral ivory color, not overly warm or cool. Rug is very soft and feels luxurious under the feet. The 10x14 measures 9'9"x13'6".

Ralph Lauren A Amalie Wool Rug

This rug is beautiful and looks exactly like the picture. The texture is a thicker, dense feel, and the color is a rich denim, but not dark like navy. Tassels are braided and thick of the same color. I purchased a 3x5 for a specific area, but unfortunately it did not workout. There was a defect in the rug, and I did send it back. I plan on getting another one though when I return from vacation. If denim color is what you're looking for, then definitely take a look at this on. Made very well. The packaging was exceptional. Wrapped securely and protected. I do recommend this lovely rug.
