Bait and Switch

With all that is happening in the world today this hardly rises to any level of concern. Buyer beware, this site is not everything it promises to be. After receiving a rug with a manufacturing date stamp of 2015 (it is 2022) repeated attempts at requesting a newer version went unfulfilled. Further, the rug received does not closely resemble what we got. While we did not dislike it any attempt at understanding the product that was displayed on line and getting that one were equally as futile. Rather than go through the return process - which is not free to the consume - we opted to keep it. We'll enjoy it well enough and when it comes time to repurpose - it will be a guilt free moment. Set your expectations super low and you'll be pleasantly surprised. Have any expectation at all and you will be disappointed. 'nuf said.

I love this rug so much. It's durable and soft. It has held up to pets, kids, and dirty feet! Super easy to vacuum and clean. I would definitely purchase again.

Great rug!

This rug is exactly as it appears on line. I ordered it, it came in a timely fashion, it stretched out and did not roll, and it matches anything and everything.

Nice quality rug

I love Safavieh rugs and have used many of them when decorating my staged and model homes. This one added a great coastal cottage vibe to my beautiful living room.

GREAT QUALITY

The quality of this rug was awesome but the colors woven through it were too pale for our pool house.

This rig was a little scratchy but looks good. It held up very average over the use time. It didn't smell or unravel. I would consider purchasing it again.

I love this rug! I found - it is durable and looks great in my house. I highly recommend the rug for almost any room such as a bedroom or living room or sun porch.

Nice rug

I love this rug. It maybe not so easy to vacuum but looks very pretty in my living room. We enjoy the texture and the warmth it brings to the room

Perfect to fill the space

I've had this rug for almost three years and it has held up so well. I have it in Amy main living room. It is a natural fiber rug so it does shed underneath- I just use my little shark vacuum over it and occasionally lift to vacuum under. The color is a lovely neutral tan. I love to layer rugs so there is usually a smaller rug on top of it.

Good looking rug and good size, Soft material up to natural better underfoot. However, depth of jute thicker than other material so feels better over carpet than hard surfaces to compensate for uneven lay.
