It looks nicer online. The top isn't made well at all. Where the inlaid leather is, the wood bows and lifts. It's also very dark...shows a bit of brown in spots online. But it isn't....dark black in reality.

Great Desk! Horrible Support Team Communication!

The desk is wonderful – exactly the piece for which I was looking. If that were the only component of the review, it would be five stars. However, the desk arrived damaged. Still fine; things happen. Dealing with the lackluster support/service team is where my dissatisfaction resides. Very poor communication throughout the repair process. On two different occasions I asked to talk to someone in leadership, to no avail. Since a quick online search will provide the same product availability from other sources, I will not be purchasing anything else from Coleman Furniture. This is 100% because of the support team to align with their 100% dismissiveness of a customer that spent over $4,400 on a desk. I love the desk though. (Note, I purchased the Telluride executive desk, not the writing desk.)

Love the desk, but received it damaged. A replacement was sent and it too had a crack in the top because the delivery guys just let it fall on its end off the truck. The instructions say 3-4 men need to be on delivery team and only 2 showed up. The desk weights 400 pounds. I was told I could take a discount for the damage and would see it in no more then 5 business days. Over 3 weeks later still have not seen the credit. I would reconsider ordering any heavy item from Wayfair unless there are better contracted delivery people in your area.

Great product. Have bought a total of 3 pieces from this collection. Packaging and shipping could be better as 2 of 3 pieces had minor cosmetic damage. One corner of desk was a bit "smashed".

This gorgeous desk fits perfectly in my office in every way... it's classy, functional, and remarkably attractive. BUT I have a note to buyers: Beware. This massive desk arrived to me already assembled in one piece, despite the fact that the website said "assembly required." There was no way this 400lb giant was making it through any doorway I have... so my husband and I had to disassemble the desk, move it in pieces (and it's HEAVY), and reassemble in the office. This was a multi-hour VERY technically complicated process and commitment. If you are okay with doing those things to get this beautiful piece of furniture, go for it! It's definitely worth it.

Spectacular Daybed!

This is an updated version of a vintage iron bed! The price is unbelievable affordable for the excellent quality, especially with a pop-up trundle included! It's perfect and so lovely! Cymax shipped quickly and it arrived in perfect condition. Easy assembly, too.

Amazing desk and a great price

Desk was as described. Couldn't Be happier!

The desk is beautiful and very solid and just what we wanted. Had a few issues with the delivery that was arranged BUT after speaking to the Houzz team they were able to help me and all was good. I have purchased numerous times from Houzz, all sorts of different items and the quality and customer service has been exceptional! It’s the only place I buy furniture from. FYI the desk does weigh 400lbs and is wide so make sure you measure your door frames. Thankfully it just fit in ours.

Beautiful desk. The first time it was delivered, it arrived damaged and the drawers were not functional. Wayfair shipped another desk in it's place, and it also arrived damaged. This time the drawers worked, and we opted to keep it at a discount due to the hassle. Cosmetic damage was worse than it was on the first delivery though.
