Seat would not attach fully

I hate to leave a negative review because the customer service was good, but unfortunately there was a key design flaw and I had to return them.There was a hole in the seat that lined up with the hole in the frame, so one of the screws did not reach the seat. Same for both sets I ordered. Contacted THD in case I was missing something, and they got me in touch with the manufacturer, who said the hole should’ve been farther back. They sent replacement seats but they had the same issue.

The chairs were easy to assemble. I am good quality and I love them. They are very comfortable

Nice chairs for my dining room

Package arrived a day early which was nice! The chairs were packaged well and we had no damage or missing pieces. It took about 1 1/2 hours for my husband and 10 year old grandson to put the chairs together. We needed his small hands to tighten all the screws. They are a great match for "extra" chairs for my dining room table.

The dining chair is so elegant and easy to assemble

The material is not very good and it is not at all practical to assemble the product.

I’ve had these chairs 4 months and they are all broken already. Not a good quality chair

The chairs are very sturdy and well made! They were very easy to assemble, as well, and they compliment my dining room table perfectly!

Very nice for the price. Came with a very strong varnish odor that lingered for days. Also the color is black, not espresso.The delivery took longer than originally estimated and customer service was not helpful with shipping updates.

Great for the price

These upholstered chairs are perfect for our newly remodeled rental! They were easy to assemble and a very good price! I would order them again.
